There is a time when injections for pain are the correct treatment. We have a medical doctor on our staff, and when it is called for we provide that type of treatment at Advanced Medical of Florida. Of course, we prefer to provide treatment to avoid surgery and injections.

The Good News:

The corticosteriod injections have shown to reduce the pain caused by inflammation. They also have a positive effect on the immune function by reducing inflammatory cells.
