Recently, one of Dr. Brett’s patients was experiencing dizziness, which was diagnosed as being caused by loose particles in the inner ear – a fairly common ailment. Dr. Brett was able to refer the patient to Dr. Nate, who has a lot of experience in this area. The patient was cured with just one treatment.

Our practice looks to provide pain management with non surgical treatment whenever possible. These pain doctors look beyond medication to help someone deal with pain. They rely instead on a vast array of therapies to help diagnose, reduce, and if possible, completely relieve a person’s pain.

Very often, a patient who is being treated with physical therapy can receive additional benefits by receiving injections in addition to physical therapy. We have practitioners in the building who can provide those services. That is an incredible convenience for the patient, allowing them to avoid additional travel and red tape.

Our doctors use cutting-edge treatment options, such as Ultrasound and Fluoroscope guidance for every injection. This allows our practitioners to see your bodies structures in real time as they are performing the procedure, creating a high degree of specificity and likelihood for success.

According to the CDC, each year, millions of older people—those 65 and older—fall. In fact, more than one out of four older people falls each year, but less than half tell their doctor. Falling once doubles your chances of falling again.

Treatment of the Month

This month we are highlighting our BALANCE & GAIT PROGRAM! We love helping people walk better, reduce their fall risk, and improve their quality of life.

Our unique Balance & Gait Program has helped many people and gives you an opportunity to be evaluated for any abnormalities in your walking patterns. We can assess if you need an assistive device such as a cane or a walker; if you already have one, then we can help by appropriately sizing it to be the perfect fit for you.

This program can help a wide range of people from geriatrics to athletes. We can work on fall prevention for the geriatric population and even perform running analysis utilizing videos for the athletic population.
